Only once in many decades and recently did I call Hyatt Consumer Affairs to assist in a similar situation with a notorious Hyatt property and regardless of the properties fowl business behavior I received the upgrade I was once accustomed to based on availability
Its insulting and embarrassing after spending hundreds of thousands dollars with a hotel company and damaging long term to a successful relationship when confidence and trust are breached
