Go to check in and there is no record of a FF number, and the system won't let them add it because it's saying the name is incorrect. After a long effort, there was 'no way to fix it' - I have United Silver status and it seems it somehow also got switched to that.
Anyone have this issue before?
Yes. Used to. My united 016 tickets don't have my last name with a hyphen. AC does. It always rejects the AP number. I just removed the FFP - and then you can write it to AC for retroactive crediting when done. Keep your boarding passes and wipe your UA FFP
