Tried calling in few times, explaining to them the situation. Flight from LAX got swap to a 787 and requested the AS partner desk agent to request JAL to move to SFO. However, he keeps telling me there's a 200 miles rule ( not sure if it's real) and they cannot do anything. Does anybody encounter such situation before?
