I've read older websites where Ex-Pats have said they were able to get the refund from United, but when I submitted a request, it was denied. Then I called the Refund Dept and was told no. Alaska, American, and Delta make it very easy, Southwest OK. Is the is really the case? United will not refund the tax, even though we are entitled to it? Thanks.
