If I was in your shoes I would contact your Hyatt Conceirge or Hyatt Consumer Affairs for the final world
Seems to me they are reinventing the rules for World of Hyatt if accurate
This property management has done enough damage already especially as they don’t even upgrade to suites
So best available room is a reasonable expectation in my view
Personally if it’s fact it’s a good reason to never come back if it’s available and they are denying the upgrade.Why be loyal then?
