I said hi I want to upgrade with SkyMiles, she said 280,000 but let me look at this other way. And then she said this is a really good deal, only 45,000 SkyMiles which is like $450, it's a screaming deal I don't know how we're not bankrupt!
So I have an OY seat for MSP-ICN from a G fare now. The only annoying thing is she wanted to see the 45,000 miles so I transferred in but it didn't go instantly, so I had to transfer in to my dad's because I knew that was instant and she saw that and said ok good to go. But then after she hung up I saw it wasn't reticketed so called back and was just told it's in the queue.
