The " change " button really could use a disclaimer/explanation along side of it for the reasons which you just now explained. The Frontier customer care folks recently informed me that I am the customer of an " Ultra-Low-Cost Airline" , and I better be happy with what they offer me. Elite status, discount den , credit card holder makes no difference to the company.
