Typically when extra sections and irregular flights are loaded, they won’t be coded for the usual amenities. But in most cases they’ll have whatever service the original flight was planned for.

I say “most” because instances of diversions to offline stations, or airports that are not the origin or destination of the original flight, logistics are more difficult.
