I think part of the problem is the Polaris seat is under exclusive contract to UA so there isn't a generic name for it that I've seen, at least not one that is used on the forum (the way you can say B/E Diamond instead of "BusinessFirst seat").
There was another thread somewhere around here, but it was mentioned that the exclusive contract has ended and a few other airlines have the same seats now, such as AF on the A350.
