just a theoretical question:
300 x 9 years = 2700 XP
If I would fly worth 2700 XP this year.
would that guarantee me or PFL?
(taking aside if rules may change etc)
or would I need to make 300 XP and then wait a year and then only make 300XP again?
in other words if I make a lot of points in a year do I take those XP points along to next year(s)?
as for now at the end of a qualification period the xp needed for the qualification are deducted from your account - so if you have 2700XP by end of your qualification period they will take away 300XP which leaves you with 2400XP on our account.
however the surplus feature might change anytime so I would not count on it, but as long as the current surplus system is active there is no need to fly (except you need one flight activity per year to save your miles from expiring.
