Dubai tourism during Ramadan

We are a Non Muslim family of 3 (2 Adults and. 10 yo)
we are planning to visit Dubai during Ramadan and are wondering how will it be, specifically:
1. Will we be able to eat food (vegetarian) during the day at most restaurants / food courts?
2. Will street food be completely closed?
3. Is it OK for the child to drink water on the streets (if she gets really thirsty)?
4) What will be the impact on tourist places like: Global Village, Miracle Garden, Dubai Mall, Fountains, Acquarium, Burj Khalifa, Glow Garden etc?
5) Is it ok to drink and eat in the sunset yacht (if we take a private yacht)?
6) Can we buy Alcohol from duty free and drink in our room?
7) Will gold/spice souk be open? My wife is extremely keen in watching that great amount of gold on display.

Anything else we should we aware of.
Our purpose is to make sure we don't do anything that can be considered disrespectful to the people who are fasting.

Thanks for your help.
