Currently, your only option for South America to Europe is IB, J 90K miles. Longhaul into MAD and then onward from there. If you are looking for Paris, keep in mind that IB flies to ORY, not CDG.

As the changes progress with AS redemptions, that could change of course. Mileage Plan now realizes that JL flies to AU too.
