To be honest I just filled out complaint form on AG site using the address on back of vgc for USB. I was never contacted by AG office after filing form online. Took all of 10 minutes to file complaint form. Just received the check from USB three weeks later. It was so easy that I was kinda stunned it was resolved so fast. My guess is that the AG office considered this a fraud situation on part of USB since I paid for the vgc but never could use funds on card. No bank wants to be accused of fraud so USB paid up quickly.

The really crazy part after receiving the USB refund check for amount of vgc was that eventually I was able to access the funds on the card and drain it! 😊😊. So the USB morons never deactivated my card. Total idiots! My conscience was clear tho since USB screws us over…as you are now well aware. God luck and I’m sure you will get your funds from USB thru the AG office.
