Thank you for this. It wasn’t clear to me that everyone could earn the 30,000 EDQ towards their SQM. I thought it was just to keep people at their status, not that it actually counted towards further accumulation. I’ve got it figured out from there (had a nice “
2022 GET CLOSER TO STATUS WHEN YOU TRAVEL WITH AIR CANADA” promo that added 11k SQM last fall).
I normally just fly J in whichever airline since Covid as I’d given up on status and was surprised last year to be back into the Elite category at Air Canada. Realized I should perhaps narrow my focus this year.
Question: Does the 30K EDQ (or is it 25,000?) from TD credit card spend continue towards SQM for 2024 qualification?
