Mine involved lost cards, When I called to report them lost/stolen I was told the same thing you were. When I called to follow up I was told the exact same thing you were, I demanded a supervisor who was in Texas and she was great. She figured out the card ID (as it was basically sequential to the one I did not lose) but she said she can’t help as US bank doesnt let her see everything. I believe USB uses BHN for some back office stuff as the first USB rep kept telling me my $200.00 card replacement card was mailed. That I thought was wierd as that was a BHN MC from Staples with no connection to USB.

Do I contact the AG for the state I bought the cards in, the state I live in or the state that USB is registered in? I am also sending copies to the other financial institutions which monitor these GCs
