TK EcoFly StarGold Baggage allowance
The website states:- Star Alliance Gold Card holders have the right to carry +1 extra baggage in the Piece System and +20kg in the Weight System in addition to their checked baggage rights on their tickets.
If I book an "EcoFly" fare, and am Star Gold, do I get a free checked bag?
I asked TK and they said YES but if I try to book via the website (ie. SKP-IST-SOF), it wants to charge me. Even if I select regular "Eco" which includes a checked bag, adding charges me.
The booking system doesnt seem to recognize Star Gold
