Since covid-19 gets downgraded to same level as the flu, I would expect no quarantine/health requirements. But I would expect VJW to stick around for an ESTA style pre-registration for visitors. But I don't know.
Yeah, I was quite surprised that the call center gave you wrong information in the first go. Rumours are that the Hong Kong call center is not too good, but not sure which line you called.
