Just been promoted to RA & not received a welcome pack yet, so don't know if this is an obvious question, but - I do not intend to stay at IC's as much as I did last year & would be shocked if they renewed in 2006, can I use my one referral for RA membership up by giving it to my fiancee in late-2005 to effectively extend it by a year?
