Been watching this thread as we’re planning a trip to Australia later this year. Have stayed at the PHS many times and the personal service even from Marc himself was exquisite. I remember once he happened to meet us at checkin and personally escorted us to our room. It’s a shame I’m finding myself looking at other options — will likely pivot the trip to Melbourne and stay at the new Ritz there instead.
