Pre-ordered the beef and broccoli dish. Catering mistake means they delivered exactly that - beef shortrib, broccoli, plain rice, no sauce.
Silver lining: the shortrib was tender and moist. Added some of the grain salad to the dish to brighten up the flavor.
must be a Tampa thing. I’m flying TPA-EWR right now, and got the same “literal” interpretation. I thought these flights were double catered from the hubs, but maybe not? That said - far from the worst miscater. Both the beef and broccoli were tasty, even if not sauced.
very different from the beef & broccoli I had yesterday on my way down. That was more what I expected.
