Which is all well and good except that there was no "form below" in the message that I could use to notify them.
Hopefully my own "form" will do the trick.
I got a similar message March 8th saying they were doing them as a batch. No fix yet for this SE MM. There was also no form attached to.my email and no further updates since. I'm still waiting on several other issues including rollover miles, unposted promotion miles etc.
My message ended in "
No adhoc manual adjustment will be made at this time as we are planning to reverse them in batch. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post another update when resolved. "
