It's marketed as United Business as you can see in the tile where you choose the price. So no, it's not a "real" Polaris flight.

It is currently scheduled to operate with an aircraft with the Polaris seat, which is probably 95% of the experience, but it does not count as Polaris for marketing and rule purposes.
