Just sent a message to
[email protected] with four discrepancies I need fixed and got the following automated response:
"
Thank you for your e-mail. We’re sorry, a technical issue is causing some Aeroplan members to receive incorrect Status Qualifying Dollar information. If you are experiencing this issue for a flight taken between December 30, 2022, and January 31, 2023, please do not use the SQD discrepancy online form. We are working to resolve these discrepancies separately as quickly as possible. For all other discrepancies, please use the form below to notify us."
Which is all well and good except that there was no "form below" in the message that I could use to notify them.
Hopefully my own "form" will do the trick.
