I'd beg to differ. I just flew SIN-LHR on 28 Feb. Thought I would be on version 1 where the middle row 45 were bassinet seats. Lo and behold, when we boarded the plane, it was row 43 at the bulkhead instead! Two sets of parents with infants were up in arms when they saw that they were in the 3rd row instead of being at the bulkhead. Hard not to overhear as the parents repeatedly kept telling the flight attendants (while boarding was still in progress) that they had "confirmed" bassinet seats. Maybe there was some kind of last minute airframe swap as the seatmap on expertflyer displayed the bulkhead as row 45 earlier in the day.
