I have at least one multi city booking, a mix of BA and AA flights on a BA ticket, where I can see the ticket number for the BA flight but none shown for the AA flights. I'm using the Android version of the app.
That should be OK if you have not changed the flight since the first issue. If flights get changed by AA, as is very common, then that usually is fine for them, their process is pretty robust on the whole. What you would really need in that circumstance is the email e-ticket with the AA sectors included in the document. I would be OK about this other than that if OLCI on AA fails then you need to contact AA straight away.
