Interesting - I've only been to the Park Hyatt and the rooms at the FS Marunouchi also looks pretty dated, though not without charm. The size of the hotel and the location are certainly winners though. Much to think about... though I definitely agree Four Seasons has dropped a peg or two based on other locations I've been to.
All other things equal, I would easily choose the MO over both. No Tokyo hotel has emerged from the pandemic stronger.
