Anyone who was at the first Japan Do in 2013 may remember the Do Dinner was at another Kakoiya near Yurakuchō station. It will be a set menu of seafood and beef, inspired by Hokkaidō since the restaurant chain is owned by Sapporo Breweries, with all you can drink for two hours.

・Steamed Furano Wagyu and vegetables

・Dessert with Hokkaidō milk
Drinks
・Sapporo red label lager
・Shōchū (potato, barley)
・Sake (Kuzuryu from Fukui Prefecture)
・Lemon sour, with green tea, with Oolong tea
・Umeshu (Plum wine)
・Scotch whisky, whisky and soda (highball)
・House wine (red or white)
・Non-alcoholic beer
・Soft Drinks (Coca Cola, ginger ale, orange juice, Oolong tea, green tea)
In order to avoid processing fees money for the official Do Dinner will be collected in cash on the day. The total price including food and all-you-can-drink alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for two hours will be 8,800 yen per person.

If you book and are unable to come please post in the thread or contact me via PM before 3pm (Japan time) on Thursday 6 April. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
