Hi Team!

I am keen to try Residence. My wife and I are moving to London end of the year, and thought i'd book us a Residence Suite from AUH-LHR. However, after speaking with CS, it seems they are changing the product somewhat. The fact i'll be paying cash aside, has anyone booked Residence using a cash or redemption method, for 2023/2024? If so, how? I can see F listed on the site, but not Residence. Googling, it looks like they may be peeling back the service, since the A388s are only being brought back to fill demand.
