I think the PH is the right level of removed. It's quiet but a five minute walk from the CBD, the tram, and the Parliament stop.

Stayed here in the room directly next to what was once the club lounge. I believe the reports were that they would be turning into meeting space or a ballroom, but I peeked in and it certainly doesn't look like anything's been done. There's furniture blocking off the entrance just beyond the door, but I would strongly suspect that the room otherwise remains untouched. The graphics in the elevator also still advertise the Club Lounge when you go to the floor. I don't think the lounge re-opening is likely, of course, but after seeing plenty of pandemic "permanent" closures (380s, the QF HKG lounge), I'm hoping that we might get lucky.
