Just arrived to STL. Everything went. The cheeses slept in the fridge last night at hotel in CDG.
Earlier today we took the AF flight from CDG to ATL. I was not allowed to borrow onboard fridge but FAs nicely offered ice as often as needed. Including the delay the flight was 9h long and i asked 3 times for ice.
Second flight, this time a Delta one, i also asked for ice and we made it less than 2h later. Upon arrival at ATL, i had to say if i am bringing food or alcool. The officer quickly checked the 2 cheese bags and cleared us.
That was some adventure but our family was so happy with these surprises which also included 2 nice bottles of Saint Emilion
