If it needs to be sent off for ticketing then card details and cvv are added and it should be done within a few days - but it shouldn’t just cancel if not done.
So everything was set up, then had a call back to confirm taxes and to take card details. Sent off, then cancelled. Rinse and repeat.

First time I have seen it cancel down twice.
