Why were card details attached? You can’t pay until you know how much it is. There should be two steps, send off for charges calc which should take a day or two, then confirm you want to go ahead and pay.

If it needs to be sent off for ticketing then card details and cvv are added and it should be done within a few days - but it shouldn’t just cancel if not done.
