Is the layout 2-3-2? You have the old NEV4 angle-flat seats
Does business class start in row 3 (or there is La Premiere on your flight)? You have the 4P configuration with the "BEST" seats (reverse herringbone, no doors)
Are there only 14 business class seats? You have the Polaris-style seat also seen on the A350
Otherwise, you have the newest seats which everyone is excited about (reverse herringbone with doors)
In case this was not yet brought up in this thread....

To add a bit more: The best (or... "BEST", ahem... sorry) way to check which one of the configurations you have is to check with EF. But I understand not everyone has this luxury. But there is a way to check which configuration you have in the Air France website when you are buying a ticket, before reaching a page to pick your seats. Click on "View flight details", and check yours is B777-300. Then:

I. if you see "angle flat", you WILL see 2-3-2 along with it. This is the glorified premium economy aka NEV4 that everyone wants to avoid.

II. If you see 1-2-1 and "The business seat" in the Comfort and Services section, then that B777-300 has the P section, so J will start at Row 3. So this will be the BEST cabin identical to what you would see in B777-200.

III. If you see 1-2-1, and there is "SkyPriority" under the Comfort and services section without any mention of "The business seat", then this B777-300 has the "Leisure" configuration, i.e., 14 J Polaris-style staggered seats, with the J seats identical to what AF has in A350-900.
The only difference is that A359 has seats closer to the window on even-row A/L (2/4/6/8 A/L), whereas this B777-300 has seats closer to the window on odd-row A/L (1/3 A/L).

IV. Finally, don't see any "On Board" section? Then you have the new J cabin released in January 2023 that everyone is excited about!
