Assuming prices are equal (and significantly lower than the competition), is the FS Otemachi strictly better than the FS Marunouchi? FS Marunouchi is a better location for my business trips but otherwise Otemachi looks like a finer, newer stay with an actual pool.
My two stays at Otemachi were mediocre, at best. It exemplifies all of the awful things the FS brand has become (capital extraction over hospitality).
I love FS Marunouchi and how intimate the hotel is. That would be my choice every day of the week, and twice on Sunday.
