On our last ET flight out of ORD (September 2022), we did not have the Ethiopian National Dish entrée. The main course was better than you would get on any of the US Big 3 carriers in international business. But the appetizer and desert selections were just "ok" and the snack items were abysmal as was breakfast. In all honesty, this was surprising as our previous experiences with ET were much, much better. Our other meals on ET for the entire trip (we flew ET back to the US) were very positive.
