Not answering your particular situation specifically, but you don't need to move credit line to your Boundless before PC. If you request a PC and you need a certain credit line for such approval, you should be given options as to from where to shift your credit line. That way, if you are not eligible to PC for some reason, you won't get stuck with a higher credit line on your Boundless unless you don't care either way.

My product change phone call took less than five minutes. Called in for the PC and immediately moved credit from another card to the Boundless credit line and then they facilitated the switch. Easy. Thanks again!
