I don't think that a turkish stamp will be a problem at all, maybe only if you have multiple of them in your passport and show up directly at a chinese border without a valid visa. My wife and three of her colleagues applied for their M/Q visa at a german visa center last week and all was asked about the turkish stamps in their passports, but a simple "work" or "vacation" answer was enough to get their visa.
