Well, my latest set of Premium Economy flights on Cathay a month ago (in E, so should earn at 100%, and with no upgrades this time) haven't credited either.

Not going to push to retain Gold this year since I don't fancy falling short if these end up rejected. Will do a DONE next year to up my TPs.
