3) Unfortunately not; whilst you'd be entitled to drop the last leg and get a pro-rata fare (note - not taxes) refund for that part, you won't be entitled to ORC or compensation if you drop it. Obviously that means there is a strong incentive to still take it, perhaps counterbalanced by the cost of having to change/rebook your return flight from BUD and the affect on any plans you had.on the 17th.
