Yes, it happened to me for the first time last week. I did some research on the third party company to which they ask you to upload the ID. The company is legit, and identity verification is one of the services they offer their clients. My account was reactivated about 48 hours later. I still have absolutely no idea why it was frozen at all--I've been participating with e-rewards for a very long time, and have done nothing that would cause them to freeze the account. I've now earned and redeemed, so everything seems to be back to normal.
I completed the verification process yesterday, and my account was re-activated early this morning.
