Household Accounts - how long to set up? + BA Amex 2 for 1 still OK?
I've done a search on household accounts and although there is a fair bit of info I've not spotted the answer to these questions....so.....

1 - After faxing the details, how long does it take for the change to be made - what will I actually see different in my online EC account?


2 - I trust I can still use my AMEX two for one voucher on pooled miles?
