There is no airside in SIN T1 securitywise as security control is at each gate.
In SIN you cannot check-in online as far as I am aware, or even if you can, you need to pick up your BP. Landside would mean crossing immigration in this case, meaning you are not able to spend your time at the lounges and have to spend it at Jewel (or going for a run, which I like to do).
