can someone clarify what time the check in counter opens in YVR? On the EVA website it says fours hours before flight, but I keep seeing 3 hours based on people's various experiences.

also if we have checked bags in J, should we be there at T-3hrs? I've heard from different people about how long the check in counter line is for this flight sometimes
