No, it is not open for reward bookings as of now. It has appeared 3 times for a very shot duration. For those who made a booking when it appeared, it looks like they are able to 'see' point rates based on their existing booking, but not otherwise. You will have to keep an eye out on this thread/checking the reward availability to see when it opens up. They are scheduled to open in April so it should be available then, if not before.
