It's mostly about animal ambassadors, not the human volunteer ambassadors, although of course humans in the program bring the emotional therapy (trained and certified) animals to the airport. I was disappointed that the therapy cat wasn't mentioned; it's supposed to be the only therapy cat working in a USA airport.
