I booked a flight for my Mother In Law using a Southwest Gift Card. I never wrote down the information on the confirmation page, as I got distracted with a personal emergency.

I thought, no big deal I can check my email, but the confirmation was never sent. Any ideas how to find the PNR? I know the GC was charged as I did the math on the remaining balance and it fits the exact amount for the flight. I called Southwest but after the agent tried a few things she could not locate it.

FWIW Southwest had a weird issue last time with my Mother In Law. Her first name is 2 words, but the system only recorded it as the first word. Not sure if her name is messing up their system.
