It would be the same crew who serves WTP and WT at the upper deck, and there would be two trolleys in the aisle at the same time for both cabins and since BA serves passengers from front to back, sitting at the rear cabin would mean that you'll be getting your meal later than the front cabin at the upper deck.
Also note that even on late night departures, BA would serve an aperitif + drink before the main meal so it is likely to take 1h30-2h after takeoff for trays to be cleared after the first meal service. If you are planning to maximize sleep by any chance, select a seat at the lower deck front cabin where the service would be faster since the crew there does only handle WT and they don't have WTP duty.
