I was flying on my legacy 1K "Bundle" status so I was in zone 1 and didn't get "sized." But on both my flights, there were nasty arguments at the gate about things like a carry-on laptop not meeting the sizer rules. This is obviously intolerable and will result is fewer customers being repeat customers. In the end, Frontier will wind up with less revenue. Nobody wants to do business like this, especially when the bag fees are absurdly overpriced.
