just quick update, I am not able to select free seat during OLCI on OS website/app (eco light VIE-LHR *G), waiting for LH 24-hours check-in and should be able to select any free seat then, at least friend LH SEN was able to do that yesterday for OS eco light VIE-VLC flight...
