Agree with jags86. AmEx Targeted NLL CC Offers is replete with posts from people who have been approved for many AmEx cards, each with a hefty AF and a hefty SUBs which debatably justifies the AF. Amex USA 4 or 5 "Credit" Card Limit is replete with posts describing application experiences when at the 4 or 5 card and/or 10 card limit and how eager AmEx is to close an account (upon request) in order to immediately open a new account.
